4. Pre-existing Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing wear and tear, tears, or scratches that may only become visible after heavy dirt and grime are removed during the detailing process.

5. Baby Car Seats: Due to liability and safety regulations, the vehicle owner must remove child seats before the service and reinstall them afterward. We will only clean the seats outside the vehicle.

6. Access Requirements: The customer must ensure a safe working environment and confirm access to water and electricity for the service address provided.
